Starfield Pastoral Automate
A NeoForge addon for Starfield Pastoral that brings back the beloved Automate mod from Stardew Valley, automating item flow between machines and chests.
[WARNING] Please remember that this mod is still under development. It may cause issues, lag the game, or not work as intended. Please report any bugs so I can improve it!
How to Use
- Connect to a chest — place a chest next to a crafting machine (in any direction, including diagonally) to connect it. Machines will automatically pull raw items from the chest and push processed items back into it.
- Chain machines — connect multiple machines together in a line or network adjacent to each other, and the system will chain them, passing items through the entire row to and from the chest.
- Check connections — hold Shift + Right-click on any machine to instantly visualize its active path and connection to the storage chest using particles.
Supported Machines
For now, it supports:
- Auto-Grabbers
- Bait Makers
- Bee Houses
- Bone Mills
- Casks
- Charcoal Kilns
- Cheese Presses
- Coffee Makers
- Crab Pots
- Crystalarium
- Dehydrators
- Fish Smokers
- Furnaces and Heavy Furnaces
- Geode Crushers
- Kegs
- Lightning Rods
- Looms
- Mayonnaise Machines
- Oil Makers
- Preserves Jars
- Recycling Machines
- Seed Makers
- Solar Panels
- Statues of Endless Fortune
- Statues of Perfection
- Worm Bins
- Fish Ponds
- Tappers — the chest must be placed directly next to the tapper. Tappers don't chain with each other yet, so each one needs its own adjacent chest due to current mod limitations.
Tip
Tip: press F3+G in-game to show chunk borders, then stand in the machine's chunk and run
/forceload add ~ ~
to keep it loaded remotely.
Known incompatibilities
- MouseTweaks
