Tameable Phantoms
Turn one of Minecraft's most feared nighttime predators into a loyal companion.
Feed a phantom rotten flesh to tame it and gain a faithful flying ally that will follow and protect you on your adventures. Recall your tamed phantoms at any time using a Phantom Whistle. Tamed phantoms have bright yellow eyes, can be healed by feeding them, and will swoop down to defend their owner from attackers.

Taming
- Each piece of rotten flesh has a 10% chance to tame a phantom
- Wild phantoms emit dark purple particles when fed
- Tamed phantoms emit dark blue particles when fed
- Tamed phantoms very rarely screech or shriek
- Name-tagged phantoms will not despawn
Phantom Whistle
Craft a Phantom Whistle to tell your pet phantoms to 'sit'. Useful when you want to keep your pet at home, protect it, or simply want it to stay.
- Instantly teleports nearby tamed phantoms to their owner
- Phantoms appear just above the player's head, provided there is enough space
- Recalled phantoms hover in place and stop following their owner
- Phantoms remain there until released with a right-click
- Phantom Whistle can be crafted using two skeleton bones
Multiplayer
Install the mod on both the server and client. The mod also works in singleplayer.
Whether you're exploring, building a base, or traveling through the wilderness, your phantom will always be close by and ready to come to your defense.
