How it works

When all of the following are true, your HUD quietly steps aside:

• Full health
• Full hunger
• No recent damage

The hotbar slides off-screen. Your status bars shift down to fill its place still visible, just out of the way.

The moment you take damage, everything snaps back instantly. No delay.
