BoatLimiter is a plugin I created to stop excessive boat spam and the massive lag it can cause on servers.

The main reason for this was a common problem: players building so-called elytra launchers, where hundreds of boats get stacked into one spot using dispensers. This can easily drop your serverโ€™s TPS down to 0 within seconds. Thatโ€™s exactly what BoatLimiter is designed to prevent.

With this plugin, you can control how many boats are allowed in a small area (radius) and per chunk โ€” no matter if theyโ€™re placed by players or automatically through dispensers or droppers.

Itโ€™s easy to set up, simple to configure, and works right away without needing anything else.

Important: This plugin does not break normal redstone.
It only limits boat placement from dispensers and droppers.
