Loka is a custom PvP Survival server built around player towns, territorial warfare, competitive PvP, questing, and exploration in a persistent, handcrafted world.
For more than 15 years, Loka has expanded Minecraft Survival with systems built specifically for the server. Build a town with friends, fight for control of entire continents, compete against other players, explore a world filled with custom content, or simply find your place in a community with years of history behind it.
⚔️ Conquest
At the heart of Loka is Conquest, our custom Territory Warfare system.
Towns and alliances fight objective-based battles for control of territory across Loka's three continents. The land you control matters: owning territories expands your influence, while controlling entire biomes grants exclusive access to valuable resources used throughout the server.
Conquest goes beyond individual battles. Towns form alliances, declare enemies, compete for resources, and navigate a constantly shifting political landscape shaped entirely by players.
Every month, the strongest town or alliance on each continent becomes its Continental Capital. Those Capitals then fight across Balak for powerful buffs and the title of World Capital, gaining the ability to enact policies that can affect towns and players across Loka.
Conquest takes place in keep-on-death battlezones, allowing players to focus on large-scale PvP, teamwork, objectives, and strategy without losing their equipment every time they die.
🏰 Build Your Town
Towns are the foundation of life on Loka.
Claim a massive area of custom terrain and transform it into anything from a small settlement to a sprawling city. Town land is protected from outsiders, while custom ranks, permissions, and zoning give towns detailed control over who can build, access, and interact with different areas.
Your town progresses alongside its members. Level up Masteries, unlock perks, construct customizable Industries that produce resources or improve crafting, organize your members, form alliances, and prepare to compete for territory.
Whether you want to lead an empire, construct an enormous city, maintain infrastructure, gather resources, or simply build alongside friends, your town becomes your home in Loka's persistent world.
🩸 Zyre
Zyre is Loka's dedicated ganking experience, built for players looking for unpredictable, gear-risking PvP outside of Conquest. Bring your own equipment, group up with friends, hunt rival players, and fight for loot across Zyre and a rotating collection of handcrafted Zyre Islets designed specifically for fast-paced combat. Zyre also features King of the Hill, creating objectives for groups to contest and valuable rewards worth fighting over.
🗡️ Competitive PvP
For more structured competition, Loka features Ranked PvP, with 1v1 matchmaking, seasonal leaderboards, ranks, and rewards. Unranked duels and custom arena modes provide places to practice, experiment, or fight without risking survival gear.
Loka also features Battlegrounds, offering larger no-risk PvP gamemodes where players can jump directly into team-based fights whenever they want action outside the survival world.
🌎 Explore a Handcrafted World
Loka doesn't use a normal Minecraft seed. The entire world is custom-built.
The continents of Ascalon, Kalros, and Garama each feature their own terrain, climates, biomes, resources, wildlife, and landmarks. Beyond them lie Resource Isles, distant islands, ruins, shrines, dungeons, seas, and other locations built specifically for Loka.
Explore the remains of fallen player towns, uncover hidden locations and secrets, travel between distant islands and landmarks, or venture to Resource Isles where caves and resources continually regenerate.
Dynamic boats connect Loka's major destinations, making travel itself part of exploring the world.
📜 Quests & Adventure
NPCs throughout Loka offer custom quests and storylines that take players across the world.
Rather than relying on simple fetch quests, Loka's quest system supports puzzles, parkour, boat racing, target shooting, combat, exploration, mysteries, and other custom objectives. Quests introduce characters, locations, stories, and lore while rewarding players with everything from currency to unique items and cosmetics.
Loka even provides players with its own quest creation tools, allowing towns and community members to create experiences, tell stories, and build their own lore directly into the world.
🧭 Always Something to Discover
There is plenty to do outside towns and warfare.
Fishing features custom catches, rewards, vendors, achievements, and tournaments. Permanent World Bosses provide repeatable PvE challenges. Players can hunt achievements and titles, explore ruins and hidden locations, race across custom courses, collect unique items and cosmetics, or take part in seasonal events and new content added throughout the year.
Loka's survival world is meant to be played and explored—not simply used as a lobby between battles.
💰 Player-Driven Economy
Loka's economy revolves around Power Shards, a physical currency that exists as an actual item within the world.
The custom Market is entirely player-driven. List items for sale, browse offers from other players, create buy orders for resources you need, or fulfill existing orders to earn Shards.
Town industries, territorial resources, farming, mining, fishing, exploration, PvP, and trade all feed into the same persistent economy, giving players many different ways to build wealth.
Forge Your Story
More than anything else, Loka is shaped by the people who play it.
Towns rise into continental powers and fall into ruins. Alliances form, fracture, and go to war. Players construct landmarks that remain for years, create communities, uncover secrets, and fight battles that become part of the server's history.
There is no single way to play Loka.
Build something. Explore somewhere new. Fight for a continent. Win a gank. Create a story. Leave your mark.
