Create Redstone Link Essentials (CRLE)

This create mod add-on modifies the logic of Redstone links, by making them read the item data - name, tags, ect. rather than direct item name - namepsace:itemname for example minecraft:paper. It also adds an ID item that when you right click gives you a personal ID bound to your player UUID.
