In order for this mod to work, you need to have the Origins mod installed. This will add a new origin to the selection screen.

This mod was made with the original Origins in mind. Origins Legacy is somewhat incompatible with this mod, breaking several of the powers with the exception of one. If you still want to use it because of the items, don't worry, it won't break the game.

Darkner

You are an inanimate object given life by the darkness. Strong light causes you harm, while you flourish in the darkness.

Traits

Positive Effects

• ✅ You gain 3 extra hearts while being in the darkness.

• ✅ When pressing the active ability key (G by default) you heal 3 hearts.

• ✅ You have permanent Night Vision. (The only working power in Origins:Legacy)

Negative Effects

• ❌ You lose 4 hearts while being in the light.

• ❌ You receive Weakness and Darkness while being in the light.

Helpful items

Shadow Crystals

The main component for every crafting recipe. It is crafted with the following items:

• 4 Ender Pearls

• 4 Echo Shards

• 1 Glass Block

And yes I neither have free will or original ideas.

Prince Hat

Makes it so that the user receives the bonuses of being in the dark no matter the light level.

It is crafted with the following items:

• 3 Cyan Wool

• 3 Lime Wool

• 3 Shadow Crystals

Keep in mind that it provides the same amount of protection as an iron helmet.

Prince Attire

Nearly identical to the Prince Hat, but it provides more defense and it has a higher durability.

It also gives the user infinite Strength and Speed!

It is crafted by combining the Prince Hat with a scarf.

Final Notes

I doubt this mod will receive any future updates. This was made for a friend as a surprise. However, if enough people want it or it ends up with more downloads than expected, I may add more features.
