Additions

• Added "Ominous Vault Hunter" progress to bac_progress
• Added passing of the advancement parameters from advancement_made_macro to fanpacks

Changes

• Changed "No Water Team", "Water Team", "More Colorful Wool", "Ice Sculptor" triggers to location so that players with existing worlds automatically receive advancements if they have sufficient statistics
• Buffed True Submarine from 50km to 125km
• Removed "Pirate Speak" language since it has no maintainers and the existing translation is of poor quality
