8cean's pvp pack

This the pvp pack that 8cean uses. This adds animations to eating, whether it's potions, normal food, or golden apples. it also includes low fire, which makes it so during pvp, fire is not in your face blocking your view. Lastly, it makes your weapon textures shorter, so that they are not in your face. More may be added in the future
