Bring Dynamic Trees support to the trees and fungi added by BetterNether.

This addon integrates BetterNether's vegetation with Dynamic Trees, allowing it to behave just like a native Dynamic Trees species. Instead of using BetterNether's standard tree system, supported species will grow, branch, and interact with the world using Dynamic Trees' mechanics while preserving the gameplay experience intended by BetterNether.
