Changes
- Confirmed working on Minecraft 26.2. Paper 26.2 ships Adventure 5, which removed a batch of long-deprecated chat API — the change that breaks a lot of older plugins on 26.2. MachinaWards is not one of them: the full Adventure surface it uses was audited against the removal list and needed no changes.
- Proven, not assumed. Every Adventure call site — the
/ward transfer[ACCEPT]/[DECLINE] buttons, the colored titles and action bars, and the&/&#RRGGBBcolor parsing — was executed directly against the Adventure 5 libraries Paper 26.2 bundles. Everything linked and rendered correctly, so there are no hidden runtime errors waiting on a command you rarely run. - Boot-verified at both ends of the range: Paper 26.2 (Java 25) and Paper 1.21.8 (the compatibility floor), each a clean enable with zero errors.
- No functional changes. Your wards, members, database, and config carry over untouched — drop the new jar in and restart.
- Housekeeping: corrected the version metadata on the old v2.0.1 download, which incorrectly listed Minecraft 1.16–1.20 and the Bukkit/Spigot loaders. The v2.x line has always been Paper/Purpur 1.21+; Spigot users still need v1.9.1.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
