OxCoinFlip is a modern, GUI-based coin flip gambling plugin for Paper servers with Vault economy support.

Create a wager, choose heads or tails, and let another player challenge it. The result is a fair 50/50 coin flip, with the winner receiving the combined pot minus an optional tax.

• Wager Rules & Limits: Wager creator picks heads or tails; the challenger automatically gets the opposite side. Up to 3 active wagers per player with a maximum default wager of 100,000,000.
• Anti-Exploit & Menu Security: Complete protection against item movement, dragging, shift-clicking, hotbar swaps, and duplicate wager acceptances. Players cannot accept their own wagers.
• Automated Pot & Tax: Instant, safe balance checks; winner takes the combined pot minus a configurable tax. Instant refunds are issued when a wager is removed.
• MiniMessage Formatting: Full support for MiniMessage formatting, custom sound effects, and configurable GUI icons.

Gameplay & Admin Commands

OxCoinFlip provides intuitive player commands for creating, managing, and viewing active wagers.

Player Commands

• /cf — Opens the active coin flip lobby GUI (Alias: /coinflip).
• /cf create <heads|tails> <amount> — Creates a new coin flip wager (e.g., /cf create heads 1000).
• /cf remove <number> — Removes one of your active wagers and refunds the wagered amount immediately.

How It Works

1. Create: Run /cf create <heads|tails> <amount>. Your balance is charged immediately and the wager appears in the public lobby.
2. Challenge: Another player opens /cf, selects your wager, and pays the matching wager amount.
3. Animate: An interactive 50/50 coin flip animation plays simultaneously for both players.
4. Payout: The winner receives the combined pot minus the server's configured tax percentage.

Server Requirements

• Platform: Paper 1.21.1+ (PaperMC 26.1.2+)
• Java Version: Java 21+
• Dependencies: Vault and a Vault-compatible economy plugin (e.g., EssentialsX Economy).

Setup Steps

1. Download the latest OxCoinFlip.jar.
2. Place the jar file in your server's plugins/ directory.
3. Ensure Vault and an economy provider are installed.
4. Start or restart the server to generate configuration files.
5. Customize settings in plugins/OxCoinFlip/config.yml as needed.
