What you're looking at isn't a cheat; it's just a client-side mod that makes you spin.

That's it. That's the mod.

Your body spins in third-person. Your items spin in first-person. You look absolutely ridiculous. We love it.

Multiplayer

Install this on a server and other players can see you spin. Each player controls their own spin independently. No one is forced to spin (unless the admin decides to).

Admin Commands

Server ops can force players to spin with /spinbot:

/spinbot @a bodyspin true
/spinbot @p bodyspeed 200
/spinbot @a itemspin false

FAQ

Does this give me an advantage?

No. If anything it makes you worse because you can't see where you're going while spinning at 400 degrees per second. But you'll look fabulous.

Will this get me banned?

We make no guarantees. Some anti-cheat systems have a sense of humor deficiency.
