W's Gimmi Alerts

Tired of getting surprised by Chest Gimmighouls with an underleveled team? Wish there was a way to know in advance? I've got you covered.

W's Gimmi Alerts uses raycasting to identify if the block in front of you is a Gilded Chest, and, more importantly, whether there's a Gimmighoul inside or not! All Gilded chests now have text appear above them when looked at, indicating whether it is real (a working container) or fake (a Gimmighoul in disguise).

Want to change the behavior? Navigate over to hit_real.mcfunction and hit_fake.mcfunction.

"Erm, why didn't you just retexture them? 🤓☝️" Doesn't work like that. Gimmighoul Chests are hardcoded to render as Gilded Chests. If I find a way around this, I'll upload a resource pack version!
