FJmode is a Fabric enchantment-expansion mod for Minecraft 26.2, turning your sword from a mere melee tool into your wings — and into a legion of flying blades that fight by your side.

🌪️ Sword Flight · 御剑飞行

Ride your sword upon the wind, roaming freely between heaven and earth.

Firework-Style Boost	Press the jump key (Space) mid-flight for a sustained boost just like a vanilla
firework — at the cost of extra hunger
Durability Cost	Flight steadily drains the sword's durability. Plan long journeys wisely!

⚖️ Balance: while holding a Sword Flight blade, all entity melee attacks — including sweep attacks — are disabled. Even the client won't send attack packets, so no accidental swings.

⚔️ Myriad Swords Return · 万剑归宗

One sword soars, ten thousand follow. One thought stirs — and the enemy falls.

How to use:

1. Enchant a sword with Myriad Swords Return — available from the enchanting table (max level I, weight 10, a moderately rare non-treasure enchantment that also appears in random loot).
2. Hold right-click to charge with a trident-style animation, then release — the sword truly leaves your hand and becomes a flying blade.
3. Launch more swords to grow your formation — multiple flying swords can orbit you at once.
4. Hit any mob — melee or projectile — to mark it as the swarm's target, and watch the blades dive.

No Timeout Mid-Chase	The 60-second lifetime pauses while chasing, rebounding, or regrouping — your
swords will never vanish mid-strike
Channeling	If any sword participating in a successful strike has Channeling, the swarm summons one lightning bolt at the target during a thunderstorm, provided the target has an unobstructed view of the sky

♻️ Getting Your Swords Back

Loyalty and Channeling can now be applied to swords. Loyalty brings expired flying swords back to you, while Channeling adds lightning to successful flying-sword strikes. Riptide and Impaling remain trident-only under normal enchanting rules; vanilla Creative-mode anvils bypass item restrictions.

⚖️ Balance & Fair Play

• Holding a Sword Flight blade disables all entity melee attacks and sweep attacks (enforced on both client and server)
• Flight and boosting are paid for with durability and hunger
• Flying swords are server-side objects — all hit detection and damage are computed on the server, keeping behavior consistent and cheat-resistant in multiplayer

• Sword Flight: the blade under your feet rotates in real time with your flight direction and camera pitch — no awkward poses
• Myriad Swords Return: client-side smooth interpolation plus velocity-based orientation keep the swarm fluid and jitter-free, with a 45° model offset so every sword tip points exactly along its path

❓ FAQ

Q: Will I ever lose my swords? A: No. In every end-of-life or disconnect scenario, flying swords materialize and stick into blocks, waiting for you to pick them up.

Q: How much damage does the swarm deal? A: One combined hit equal to the sum of all participating swords' damage, enchantment modifiers included.

Q: Does it work with vanilla enchantments? A: Yes. Flying-sword strikes include enchantment damage bonuses and post-attack effects. Loyalty and Channeling can also be applied to swords.

Q: Why isn't Channeling summoning lightning? A: Channeling requires a thunderstorm and an unobstructed view of the sky at the target. Ordinary rain is not enough. Use /weather thunder when testing, and make sure at least one sword participating in the strike has Channeling.

Q: Do I need it on the server? A: Yes — the mod must be installed on both client and server.
