You wake up on a few lashed planks in an endless ocean. Everything you will ever own has to come out of the water.

• Salvage everything. No mining, no trees, no generators. Hook drifting debris, fish the deep, and lash junk into working machines.
• The water wants you dead. Thirst, stamina, storms, and sharks that grow meaner the further out you go. Nothing makes you immune — only harder to kill.
• The horizon moves. Your raft sits still; the world border expands. Twelve tiers of new water, each with its own loot, threats and wrecks to strip.
• Better with a crew, never blocked alone. Crews of 2–10 with real roles and permissions — but every machine, tier and wreck is soloable.
• Then do it bigger. At the last tier your crew votes to Set Sail: a fresh ocean, your raft and machines carried with you.
