Blink&Wink

blink&wink is a vanilla resource pack that makes the players around you feel alive: their skins blink, and now and then a single eye winks on its own.No mods, no setup, no per-skin configuration

Which skins it works on:

1. 9 official default skins.:Steve, Alex, and the seven other official default face layouts
2. "Structure" skins. Any skin whose eyes are drawn in the standard eye layout described below. Most skins made for this layout already work without being touched.

Customizing the timing: Everything tunable lives in a single small file: assets/minecraft/shaders/include/blink.glsl Change the numbers, reload the resource pack, done.
