AoA but Chunks are Random
Every chunk's solid blocks are replaced by a single random block. Overworld and Nether only; the End is untouched.
- AoA3 for Minecraft 1.21.1 required.
Timing
/scoreboard players set #mode rbc.cfg <0-4>
| mode | behaviour |
|---|---|
| 0 | on entry (default): only the chunk you are standing in |
| 1 | pre-convert: nearby chunks are converted before you arrive |
| 2 | behind: convert chunks you are not standing in |
| 3 | reroll the nearby 3x3 every 30 seconds |
| 4 | only on death, or on sleeping |
Config
| score | range | meaning |
|---|---|---|
#enabled rbc.cfg |
0/1 | master switch |
#mode rbc.cfg |
0-4 | timing mode |
#radius rbc.cfg |
0-2 | pre-convert radius for modes 1 and 2 (ignored by mode 0) |
#rate rbc.cfg |
1-4 | max chunks converted per player per tick |
Commands
/execute as @p at @s run function rbc:trigger/reroll_here
/execute as @p at @s run function rbc:trigger/reroll_near
/function rbc:trigger/clear
/function rbc:migrate
/function rbc:help
Notes
- Converted chunks are recorded in the
rbc.donescoreboard, keyedc<x>_<z>_<dimension>. Only chunks a player has entered are recorded, and the temporary markers used during a conversion are removed immediately. /function rbc:trigger/clearwipes that record, so chunks convert again the next time they are entered./function rbc:migrateimports state from earlier builds that kept one marker per chunk in the world.
