Container Pipes

Automate your Paper servers with item pipes! Shift-click a source container with an empty hand to start a connection, then shift-click a destination container to create a pipe. The face doesn't matter; pipes will intelligently look at which slot to insert items into, and which slots to take something out of. You can right click a pipe (or shift-click the container it's attached to again) to set a filter.

Pipes work with anything a hopper can connect to (except minecarts or boats), and work with cauldrons as well. Pipes can go through liquids, and won't stop their flow. Use shears to get rid of them, or just destroy a connected container.
