QuickPing
Inspired by the Don't Starve mod of the same name
Overview
QuickPing is a Minecraft mod that provides players with a radial wheel to declare their location, mark a spot, highlight mobs, and more.
Key Features
Mark Locations
Press the G key for quick marking, or press Alt to bring up the radial wheel and select "Ping".
Highlight Mobs
Use the mark on a mob to highlight it, with support for custom colors.
Quick Announcements
Currently supports announcing:
- Held items
- Current coordinates
- Discovered blocks
Mod Configuration
Color Configuration
This color controls:
- Highlight color of mobs
- Particle color
- Text color for quick announcements
Beam Configuration
| Setting | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Distance | Minimum distance for rendering the beam (0~100). Beam won't render closer. | 50 |
| Beam Duration | How long the beam persists (0~10000 ticks). | 200 |
| Height | Height of the beam (0~100 blocks). | 50 |
