HB Tweaks - Logs

Very simple mod doing one simple thing:

• Saves the chat messages in individual (per-session) log files in the "logs_chat" directory and saves all chat logs ever in the all.log file.
• Run the "/hbtlogs import legacy" to generate a old.log file from previous vanilla logs.

It was originally made for the herobrine.fr French roleplay server, to find all logs in a signe place, but it can be used by anybody !
