Pumpkin heads all year round

in vanillla on halloween (31/10) certain humanoid undead mobs have a chance to spawn with a carved pumpkin and a smaller chance to spawn with a jack o'lantern

this datapack enables mobs to spawn like this all year round however they are 365 times rarer on normal days so they are incredibly rare

the behaviour of this datapack is not 100% accurate to vanilla:

• normally mobs spawning with pumpkins never drop these pumpkins but mobs spawned with pumpkins by this datapack will drop the pumpkins
• normally mobs spawning with pumpkins can never also have armour however this datapack does allow them to have armour allowing for rarer mobs to spawn these inaccuracies are intentional
