Quick Overview

Wanderlust aims to not only add new content, but to polish outdated and obsolete aspects of the vanilla game. It does so by acknowledging the following:

  • Progression: Advancements have been overhauled to guide players through the progression of the game and introduce them to new features.

  • The Early Game: The early game in Wanderlust has been lengthened to capture that "First Night" experience of playing Minecraft for the first time.

  • Inventory: Features such as bundles, backpacks, and the increased stack size aim to make managing the inventory less cumbersome.

  • Discovery: The heart of Wanderlust is exploration, and so the numerous new biomes, mobs, and structures aim to breathe a new life into the Overworld.

  • Much More: With subsequent updates, features such as Enchanting, Villages, and The End are planned to be overhauled as well.
