Cyber Hearts

Changes the hearts textures to look more "Cyber", changing the color palettes and adding pixel lines similar to a crt monitor. I also added some of my own stuff, like different hardcore eyes for damage, and a transparent background for empty heart slots.

As always, it should work in most versions.
