hxwillow's cartutils

My first time making a resourcepack. Disclaimer I am NOT a cartpvp main, however the pack has been tested and approved by cart mains I know.

Features: Bow charge indicator, XBow charge indicator, Visible (red) rails, block outlines, red arrows, and lowfire. (lowfire bugs/doesnt work with other lowfires activated. deactivate other lowfires or use with caution)

all goes well this should work on nearly any version, but contact me if it doesnt.

discord @hxwillow for bugs
