Create: Edible Belts

Belts are made of dried kelp, and dried kelp is edible... so...

This mod aims to capture that idea and expand upon it by assuming that belts are naturally edible and enumerating the possibilities a belt might undergo in an industrial environment.

Currently, it does exactly what you would expect: it allows you to eat the mechanical belts outright.  Additionally, it adds additional comedic food items whenever a mechanical belt goes through a Create processing step.

My goal is to avoid removing any default Create functionality. If you come across any errors to default Create behavior, please send me a comment on curseforge or on the github page!
