The Midnight Pristine
"A Last Voyage of the Harpy Express Map"
This pack aims to expand on The Last Voyage of the Harpy Express modpack made by @doctor4t and their team by adding a new custom made map to be used instead of the original map. Alongside that, the pack also adds some QoL mods and resource packs both with the goal to further smooth out the visuals. This includes things like improved player animations and eating animations.
Instead of boarding the Harpy Express, the participants now board the Midnight Pristine, a train designed by Le Drapé, a well-known train company in the 1950's. This new train has a fully revamped interior and exterior, the only thing it has in common with the Harpy Express is the locations of snack- and drinktrays, bedrooms and places to get fresh air (Check the gallery for a quick rundown). The station where the participants board the train has also been completely revamped, making it feel more alive and industrial.
A train murder social game
Six people must board the train in the lobby to start the game, the game can also be started by ringing the horn in the engine. If you do not wish to participate in the game, simply do not board the train.
Important Information for hosting
In order to use this map on a server, the world file of the server has to be replaced with the save file called 'The Midnight Pristine' provided by modpack. The modpack installed on the server can either be The Last Voyage of the Harpy Express, The Harpy Express: Extended or this modpack. The server should also use the exact same settings as the original The Last Voyage of the Harpy Express modpack uses for hosting. Lastly, I'd recommend checking that the world being used has its setting configured to be in peaceful mode, adventure mode, enable PvP and enable Command Blocks, otherwise the map won't work.
