Additions
- All the main stone variants can now become sooty. Use a brush to get soot.
- More fire effects - double height flames
- Mushroom blocks now burn for cooked mushroom blocks
- Barrels can now burn

- Villagers should panic and run away from fires

- Speed, spread, and burn time can be configured (0-100)
- Turn random collapses on/off and set the chance of the collapse (0-100)
- Limit the burn to overworld only

- Removed the soot block in favour of sooty varient blocks
- Improved flint and steel interaction
- Fires can now be set in caves if it's raining outside
- Burning coal blocks burn indefinitely, and will set any flamable block on fire if placed adjacent
- Snowballs now actually extinguish fires
