Better Mushrooms
Better Mushrooms replaces Minecraft’s flat, crossed-sprite mushrooms with fully 3D models and hand-drawn textures. Caves, swamps, dark forests and the Nether all get a much more natural look.
Features
3D red and brown mushrooms. Instead of a single flat sprite, you get small mushrooms clusters of different sizes. 12 looks per mushroom. Each type comes with a wide set of models, and 3 of them have brand-new textures, so patches in the wild look varied instead of copy-pasted. Nether fungi. Warped and crimson fungi get 4 new models each, including big-capped mushrooms, small sprouts and little groups growing around them. Random variation. The model and its rotation are picked randomly for every block, so no two patches look the same. A mushroom keeps its look once placed.
Notes
Hitboxes stay vanilla, since a resource pack can’t change them. Mushrooms in flower pots and in your inventory keep their original look for now.
