✨ AuroraEChest

AuroraEChest turns your EnderChest into a multi-page double chest (54 slots): The top 45 slots are free inventory space, while the bottom row is a fixed, locked menu: for flipping through pages, item search, sorting, stats and closing.

⚠️ Requirements: Paper 1.21.x · Java 21 The plugin runs unchanged on all current Paper builds of the 1.21.x series.

  • 💾 YAML storage: one file per player, configurable autosave, loads and saves run asynchronously on the IO thread
  • 🌐 Bilingual: language: en (default) or language: de in config.yml, all texts including GUI labels come from per-language files
  • ♻️ Auto config upgrade: new options from updates are added automatically, your existing values are kept

Right-clicking a real EnderChest block automatically opens AuroraEChest instead of the vanilla chest (can be disabled via behaviour.hook-vanilla-open-event).

⚙️ Configuration (excerpt)

The config.yml is intentionally extensive, every section is commented:

💡 Language files live under plugins/AuroraEChest/messages_<language>.yml (messages_en.yml = default, messages_de.yml = German) and are created automatically on first startup. All texts including & color codes and hex colors (&#RRGGBB) are fully editable; /aec reload applies changes instantly.

🛠️ Installation

  1. Drop the downloaded .jar into your Paper server's plugins folder
  2. (Re)start the server
  3. Done! Set language in config.yml to your preference and apply it with /aec reload
