When I try to load the pack, some/no textures show up!

Try moving the pack to the top of the packs list if you have other packs enabled, which gives MCPaint priority over the textures.

As long as credit is provided, yes, but this pack is still in development, so I recommend you wait until it's finished. Provide a link to this resource pack as well though.
