Add 3 commands to game

• /tf <keyword> ←start to search
• /td <page number> ←display the search result
• /trf <anotherkeyword> ←search again among the signs already founded

Config

• outputComplexity：decides how complex messages are.(1~4,default:2)
• maxSearchAmountPerTick：decides how many signs it searches per game tick.(1~10000,default:256)
• searchRange：decides how far it searches(chunks)(1~32,default:12)
