Feraligatr Line Hacked Changes

Part of the Cobblemon Hacked Changes series, I am now separating my one mod into separate Datapacks. This datapack targets feraligatr and its pre-evolutions from generation two. This datapack changes feraligatr and croconaw to water/dark types, increases the line's base attack, adds strongjaw as an alternative ability, and adds to the line's movepool.
