WitherStronger is a Minecraft plugin that makes Withers much more powerful through a fully customizable configuration.

The plugin allows you to modify their health points, speed, armor, size, damage, as well as their permanent potion effects.

📦 Installation

1. Download the WitherStronger .jar file.
2. Place it in the folder:

/plugins

1. Start or restart your server.
2. The plugin will automatically generate its config.yml file.

The config.yml file allows you to fully customize the behavior of the strengthened Wither.

Completely enables or disables the strengthening system.

• true → Withers use the custom statistics
• false → the plugin applies no strengthening

max-health

max-health: 1000.0

Defines the maximum health points of the Wither.

movement-speed

movement-speed: 0.35

Modifies the movement speed of the Wither.

scale

scale: 1.5

Modifies the size of the Wither.

• 1.0 → normal size
• 1.5 → Wither 50% larger
• 2.0 → Wither twice as large

armor

armor: 20.0

Adds armor points to the Wither.

custom-damage

custom-damage: 10.0

Defines the damage dealt by the Wither's attacks.

The value is applied to the damage caused directly by the Wither as well as to the damage of its WitherSkull projectiles.

Strengthened Withers automatically receive the following permanent effects:

• Regeneration
• Resistance

The amplifiers follow standard Minecraft behavior:

0 = Level I
1 = Level II
2 = Level III

🔄 Commands

/witherreload

Reloads the plugin configuration without requiring a server restart.

/witherreload

The plugin reloads the config.yml values directly into memory after executing the command.

This permission is required to use the command.

🧩 How it works

When a Wither spawns, WitherStronger checks if the strengthening system is enabled.

If it is, the plugin automatically applies:

Wither damage is also intercepted and replaced by the value defined in:

🔧 Example of a very powerful Wither

To create a much harder to defeat Wither:

With this configuration, the Wither has 1000 health points, increased speed and size, 20 armor points, as well as Regeneration III and Resistance II.
