Compatibility and performance

Tested on Spigot 1.18.2, Paper 1.18.2 / 1.21.11 / 26.1.2, and Folia 1.21.8. Paper and Folia 26.3 were verified up to startup and plugin enable. Hybrid servers such as Mohist and Arclight have not been tested on our side and are best-effort only.

On a 4-core / 8 GB test machine with 200 mineflayer bots (clients on the same host, so the numbers are conservative):

  • 200 players with menus open: TPS steady at 20.00.
  • 2,225 random clicks in 30 seconds: TPS 19.25–20.00.
  • Average click handling 0.061 ms; average render 4.00 ms.
  • 5,632 renders produced 38,680 item updates — no full-inventory resends.

Known limitations

  • Hybrid servers are best-effort; Folia region scheduling may behave differently there.
  • 26.3 was only verified for startup, because there is no mineflayer protocol for it yet.
  • The optional resource pack has to be delivered by the server owner. The plugin only supplies model data.
  • 1.18 clients do not know some newer sound and material names; those fall back to defaults.
