Adds in the Adaptation Wheel from JJK

When worn, players can adapt to most damage types from overtime damage from the specific source. The Wheel requires 8 spins to turn a player completely immune to a specific type of Damage.

DOES REQUIRE THE RESOURCEPACK IN ORDER TO SEE THE WHEEL!

COMMANDS /mahoraga give [player] /mahoraga reload /mahoraga reset [player]
