KD's pvp texturepack

I made this texturepack for myself, but I am publishing it here because it contains most of the things needed for normal crystal, mace and sword pvp players. This texturepack puts the game's gui in a beautiful green theme, reduces the visible part of the fire on the ground, reduces the excess space that totems, maces, swords and ender pearls take up on the screen, animates the crystal and ender pearl, adds green touches to the ender pearl and a few items.
