Changes
This is a minor update to BlindMe, and contains the following changes:
- The default effect for new worlds and servers is now configurable
- Changing the settings now updates the game in real time, allowing you to see the changes behind the configuration screen.
- Creative Mode and Spectator Mode bypasses can now be set independently for each world
- World-specific options can now be locked
- Updated the configuration file format to be more robust and future-proof
- The game now tells the user if there was an error saving the configuration file
- The game is now prevented from loading if there's an error when reading the configuration file
This version was compiled against Minecraft 1.21.5, and requires Fabric Loader (or equivalent) and Fabric API (or equivalent).
Note: if upgrading from an earlier version of BlindMe, this will erase the settings for worlds and servers.
Optional dependencies
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
