Why should I use this mod?
If you have leveled your weapon before modifying it, your progress will now persist. Without this mod, it would get reset to level 0. This was a feature in older versions of WL, so if you are using WeaponLeveling below 3.0.0, this mod is not needed.
The decision to split it into a new mod was made to make future updates faster and more streamlined.
Another reason to use the mod is the added compatibility for all weapon types of Tetra. They are also easily customizable just by changing the levelable json files of each weapon type.
