PearlPull

A simple client-side Fabric mod that listens for private messages (/msg, /tell, /w) and automatically triggers a right-click — useful for things like opening a trapdoor as soon as someone sends you a specific message.

How it works

The mod reads chat client-side only and detects private messages in the format <Name> whispers to you: <Text> or <Name> whispers: <Text>. If the message text exactly matches the configured trigger word, the "use" key is held down for a few ticks — the same as if you right-clicked yourself.

No server-side mod required, works on any vanilla server.

Commands

Example

1. Run /pullfrom yourfriendname so only that player can trigger it
2. Look at the trapdoor/block you want to open
3. Your friend sends you /msg yourname pull
4. The mod right-clicks automatically

Notes

• Client-side only — no special server permissions needed.
• Only reacts when the message text exactly matches the trigger word.
• Tested on Minecraft 1.20.4 + Fabric.

⚠️ Important note on server rules

This mod automates a click, which counts as a macro/auto-clicker under many server rule sets. On most servers with anti-cheat or rules against macros, using this can get you banned. Only use this mod on servers that explicitly allow it (e.g. anarchy servers with no rules), or in singleplayer worlds. Use is at your own risk.
