Hand Sway Next

I wanted idle hand sway, but I didn't like how the camera bobbed too and made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, maps were almost impossible to read while walking. That's why I made this mod.

・Hand sway and camera movement can be adjusted independently while moving.

・The player's hand looked too static while standing still, so I added a subtle idle sway.

・The hand holding the map has minimal sway, while the other hand follows your selected settings.

・Why was the mending animation removed? I missed it, so I recreated the animation from memory.
