Running Skeleton Jumpscare

This resource pack relies on the new end of frame post effect shaders to give a 1/10,000 chance every game tick to have a skeleton run across your screen. No data pack or mod required.

It uses daytime ticks to advance the animation & pseudo-rng, so it will not work in worlds where the daylight cycle game rule is off or the tick rate is frozen. This is so that the animations advance at a consistent rate instead of at the rate of the player's fps. Additionally, minecraft only allows 1 end of frame effect at a time, so any additional end of frame post effects must be added manually by commands.
