Surviving The Spiral

This is the official modpack used for the storm-chasing series Surviving The Spiral. The pack focuses on realistic weather, survival gameplay, exploration, and building. It features ProtoManly's Weather for intense storms, the EAS addon for ProtoManly's Weather, and Tornado Intercept for enhanced weather events.

The modpack expands vanilla Minecraft with major gameplay additions including Create for automation and engineering, Farmer's Delight and Productive Bees for expanded survival progression, Immersive Aircraft and Man of Many Planes for exploration, and new mobs and creatures through mods like Creeper Overhaul, Piglin Proliferation, Doggy Talents Next, and Revamped Cats.

The pack also includes a large quality-of-life and building improvement suite, including JEI, Jade, BetterF3, Lighty, Sophisticated Backpacks, Easy Shulker Boxes, Inventory Essentials, Mouse Tweaks, Crafting Tweaks, Macaw's Mods, Supplementaries, and more.

Performance improvements are included through optimization mods such as ModernFix, FerriteCore, Lithium, ImmediatelyFast, Entity Culling, and More Culling to help improve stability and performance.

Credit goes to all mod authors whose work is included in this pack. The modpack creator does not own any of the included mods.

This modpack supports both singleplayer and multiplayer, with multiplayer sessions available through Essential.

You are allowed to modify the modpack for personal use at your own risk. Please ask for permission before redistributing the modpack or uploading modified versions publicly.

If you encounter issues, please report them with details and crash logs when possible. If your computer cannot handle the recommended RAM allocation, try lowering graphics settings, reducing render distance, closing other programs, or carefully removing heavier mods. Keep in mind that removing mods may affect the intended experience.
