Emerald Isle Flora adds flora inspired by Ireland to Minecraft, currently featuring Bells of Ireland. See the gallery for a side-by-side look at all four flower variants.
What's in the mod right now
- Bells of Ireland, a decorative flower. Plant it on grass or dirt, pot it in a flower pot, compost it, or use it as a Suspicious Stew ingredient.
- Grown Bells of Ireland, a bushier variant reached by using bone meal on a planted (or potted) Bells of Ireland — works by hand or via a dispenser loaded with bone meal.
- Using bone meal again on an already-grown flower drops an extra flower without reverting the block, making it a small renewable flower source. This can be turned off in the config if you'd rather it stay purely decorative.
- Both stages compost (the grown stage at a higher rate) and craft into green dye.
- A config screen, available through Mod Menu if you have it installed, to toggle the above and a startup log message.
Requirements
- Fabric API — required
- Cloth Config — required
- Mod Menu — optional, only needed for the in-game config screen
Compatibility
Minecraft 1.20.1, Fabric loader. Needed on both client and server — this mod adds real blocks and items, not just client-side visuals, so it isn't client-only.
