Some mods or resourcepacks break armor trims in unexpected ways. They may work in some ways, but break in others.
For example when using resourcepack A and materials from mod B, the resourcepack may work just fine with vanilla materials, but break with materials from the mod B because resourcepack A changes trims in some way.
This resourcepack provides trim texture masks and palettes taken from vanilla game files. This allows you to easily override any resource that modifies armor trims. Simply put it on top of everything.
It obviously means you will lose the customizations from resourcepack A, but it will ensure cross-mod or cross-pack compatibility without the need of modifying any files directly.
It wont fix anything if resources from mod B themselves are broken.
