zRTP

zRTP is a lightweight random teleport plugin for modern Paper servers, built for safe exploration, clean GUI-based world selection, persistent cooldowns, and Folia-friendly scheduling.

Open /rtp, choose a world, and zRTP will find a safe random location within your configured radius without letting teleport searches grow out of control.

Performance

zRTP is designed to stay controlled under load:

  • Safe-location searches are queued instead of running without limits
  • Concurrent RTP searches are capped with performance.max-concurrent-searches
  • Extra requests are rejected once performance.max-queue-size is reached
  • Safe destinations can be pre-cached per world using safe-location-cache
  • Cache refills run in the background and are limited per world
  • Chunk loading uses async chunk APIs
  • Teleporting uses teleportAsync
  • SQLite uses WAL mode and async save/load paths for cooldown storage

  • /rtp <world> - Teleport to a configured world
  • /wild - Alias for /rtp
  • /zrtpadmin reload - Reload the plugin
  • /zrtpadmin tp <player> <world> - Start an admin RTP for a player
  • /zrtpadmin enable <world> - Enable RTP for a world
  • /zrtpadmin disable <world> - Disable RTP for a world

Permissions

  • randomtp.use - Allows players to use /rtp and /wild
  • randomtp.world.overworld - Allows RTP to the Overworld
  • randomtp.world.nether - Allows RTP to the Nether
  • randomtp.world.end - Allows RTP to The End
  • randomtp.cooldown.bypass - Bypass RTP cooldowns
  • randomtp.admin - Access admin commands
