Rat SMP: Reborn Modpack

📖 About

The official modpack for Rat SMP: Reborn. It has all the mods required to join out of the box, and you can use it as is if you want. However, I strongly encourage you to add your own mods, since most client-side mods here are popular QoL mods and optimization mods, and the modpack is aimed at a very general audience.

⚠️ The server uses an anti-cheat that checks your client mods. Use this pack as your base. You can add your own mods, as long as they don't give you an advantage over players using the base pack.

⬆️ Updates

The modpack/server updates monthly to add new QoL mods and keep up with Minecraft versions. Every few months, updates will include seasonal mods for a limited time, like Halloween mods in October.

⚠️ Seasonal mods are, well, seasonal, and will be removed, along with their items and blocks. Don't rely on them long term.

• Money Talks: coins, wallets, shops, and a full player economy (by me :D)
• Farmer's Delight: new crops, cooking, and meals
• Copper Rails: faster minecart travel with oxidizing copper rails
• Hopper Gadgetry: smarter, cheaper hopper contraptions
• Gravestones: your items are kept safe in a grave when you die
• Immersive Paintings: custom paintings to decorate your builds
• Straw Statues: player statues for your builds
• Elytra Trims: customize your elytra with trims and banner patterns

Quality of Life

• Simple Voice Chat: proximity voice chat
• Xaero's Minimap & World Map: self-explanitory
• Inventory Management: one-click sorting and transferring
• AppleSkin: see hunger and saturation at a glance
• Zoomify: zoom in with a keybind
• No Chat Reports: self-expalnitory

Visuals

• Iris + Complementary Shaders Reimagined: shaders included and ready to go
• 3D Skin Layers and Dynamic Lights
• Resource packs: eating animations, a dark-mode GUI, rainbow-outlined diamond & ancient debris ores, and lower fire & shield for a clearer view in PvP

Performance

Sodium, Lithium, FerriteCore, ImmediatelyFast, Entity Culling, More Culling, ScalableLux, BadOptimizations, Krypton, C2ME, Very Many Players, Dynamic FPS, and more. It should run decently on lower-end computers. My friend on an Intel MacBook Pro gets around 20 FPS.
