Nexora: Animated Holograms & Living NPCs

Nexora is a packet-based hologram and NPC plugin for Paper and Folia 1.21.11. Everything is sent to players as packets and nothing is ever added to your world. That means no entity lag, no ghost entities after a crash, and no dependencies.

Web Editor Run /nexora web to get a private link to a full editor in your browser. It shows every NPC and hologram on a live map of your world, and you can drag them to move them or draw walking paths. Edit each one with a live 3D preview; every change applies in game instantly. Prefer to stay in game? The native in-game menu edits the same settings.

Living NPCs

Use any player's skin, or any mob type Skinned Model NPCs with every limb posable: drag a limb in 3D or use sliders, no resource pack needed Animation presets including cheer, dance, spell cast, trident throw, sword guard, potion drink and swim Behaviours: idle, look at players, spin, dance, guard, or patrol a circle, square, figure-8 or your own path Glowing outlines, nameplates, equipment, scale, poses and arm swings

Triggers & Actions NPCs react to players. A trigger fires when a player clicks, looks, walks up or leaves. It can run particles, sounds, messages, action bars, titles, console or player commands, glow, swings, animations, held items or hurt effects. Every rule has its own cooldown and can show to one player or everyone.

Quick Start Pick a starter (Greeter, Shopkeeper, Guard, Wizard, Archer, Dancer, Sleeper, Statue, Posable Hero and more) and it appears where you stand. /nexora demo spawns a full showcase so you can see everything in action.

Performance Each object animates on its own region thread and each player is tracked separately, so it's Folia-native from day one. Saving runs off the main thread.
