Metallurgy
- Added anvil molds and block molds
- Added raw metal blocks for tin, copper, and meteorite
- Renamed "Azurite Block" and "Hematite Block" to "Raw Azurite" and "Raw Hematite"
- Added melted metal blocks and fluids
- Added furnace channels (mud brick, brick, fire brick)
- Heating certain metal blocks above their firing temp now melts them into melted metal blocks which can be cast into molds using channels
- Made heat resistant block terminology consistent with items
