Red Sun: Reborn

As a kid, you probably saw one of those "I PLAYED THE RED SUN CURSED SEED IN MY MINECRAFT WORLD" Minecraft videos, and always wanted to try it for yourself. Turns out, the Red Sun was only a resource pack and commands. But here, I remade the Red Sun for everyone to enjoy!

To summon the red sun, look for a desert or badlands. Beneath both, lies a new cave biome, called the Desert Sun Caverns. You can find new mobs here, and an abundance of a crystal called Moldavite. You may also come across shrine structures, with cultists spawning around it. Finally, there's a structure called the Prophet Arena. Inside it, you can find Akhet Khetar, Prophet of the Red Sun. This fight will be difficult, so be prepared. When you defeat the Prophet, you can get the Relic of the Dawn from him. Use it to craft the Solacrym, with you use on an active beacon at noon, and it will shatter. The next day, it will rise. Sol Kharis. THE RED SUN. There is no way to damage the Red Sun normally. Instead, you'll need to create the Solar Cannon. It has a 20 second charge up and 60 second cooldown, so the fight will last a while.
